About Art & Vista

Art & Vista is a small print studio in Glasgow. We make wall art drawn from the British landscape — the coast, the hills, the hedgerows and the weather that comes with them — and print it to order here in the UK.

The range is deliberately narrow. Landscape and seascape, wildlife and botanical, with a strong Scottish thread running through it, in a muted palette of stone, teal, rust and bone rather than bright colour. It is meant to sit in a room rather than shout across it, and to still look right in five years.

How the work is made

Every image is composed here rather than licensed from a stock library, and nothing goes on sale unless we can account for where it came from. Each piece is then prepared at high resolution so it holds its detail at every size we offer, from 8x12" up to A1 — a print should look as considered on a large wall as it does on a small one.

How it is printed

Printed to order on premium 200 gsm semi-gloss paper, approximately 0.22 mm thick, on FSC-certified stock or the equivalent. Choose an unframed poster print or a ready-to-hang wooden frame in black, white, natural wood or dark brown wood, supplied with shatterproof plexiglass and a hanging kit included.

Because everything is printed on demand, nothing is made until someone wants it — no overproduction and no waste.

Delivery and guarantee

We ship to the UK mainland via Royal Mail and UPS, with orders usually processed within one to three working days. Every order carries a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if it is not right, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out.
