Returns and Refunds

• Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original or appropriate packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them. Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at support@artandvista.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
