Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or to limit quantities for any order.

3. Pricing

Prices: All prices are listed in Pounds Stirling (GBP).
Errors: We strive to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

4. Ordering and Payment

Order Process: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but a confirmation that we have received it.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards including VISA, Mastercard and Maestro - also PayPal, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Order Acceptance: Your order will be considered accepted once we have processed and shipped the item(s).

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to the UK mainland only.
Shipping Timeframe: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via Royal Mail & UPS. Estimated delivery times vary based on location.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

6. Returns and Refunds

Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original or appropriate packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them. Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at support@artandvista.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage or defect. Please ensure all details are correct before placing a custom order.
